We aim to provide services which add value to your organisation, meet or exceed what is set out in the agreed brief, and are carried out to the highest professional standards. If, for any reason, you feel that our standard of work has fallen below your expectations as detailed in the brief, please let us know straight away so that we can meet you to discuss the situation.
If, following this discussion, we agree that our work has failed to meet the standards we have set ourselves, or the terms of our quotation, we will ask you to give us at least one opportunity to rectify the situation. We will confirm in writing the remedial work which we will carry out. If, once we have carried out the remedial work, you remain unhappy with any part of our work, we will refund the fee for the work in question immediately and in full.
